Submission to Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Bill 2021 (Exposure Draft).

01 Mar 2021
IAG is pleased to have the opportunity to comment on Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Bill 2021 (Exposure Draft).

IAG is broadly supportive of the Exposure Draft as it provides companies with flexibility to determine the most appropriate way to hold meetings and distribute meeting materials.

However, in IAG’s view, the proposed sunset date of 16 September 2021 should instead be 31 December 2021.
