Our Employee Network Groups

What is an ENG?

Employee Network Groups (or ENGs for short) are led by and comprised of passionate employees from across IAG, who share common values, experiences or identify as an ally to the community they represent.  ENGs typically represent a facet of diversity (for example gender, sexuality or cultural background).

Why do we have ENGs?

ENGs allow us to create an inclusive culture and a sense of connection and belonging for our people. The purpose of our ENGs is to:

  • Role model inclusion and support an inclusive environment where all people at IAG, regardless of the community they identify with or support, can feel safe to be themselves at work.
  • Create a network group to address a specific community need, connect members and allies, and create a network where our people feel they can belong.
  • Amplify the voice of the community, raise awareness, act as allies and be change champions within the business.
  • Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to the business, by sharing their feedback and experiences to make a better IAG for everyone.

ENGs give our business the ability to leverage insights from diverse groups and deliver on our purpose – to make your world a safer place.
