IAG generates returns for its shareholders by diversifying risks to maintain an efficient and competitive cost of capital.
In August 2011 the IAG Board determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan would be suspended. As a result shareholders will not receive additional shares for their dividends but will be paid by direct credit to their nominated account. The Board has advised that this decision will be reviewed at each half year.
