Changes to how shareholders receive Annual Reports from 2008
From 2008, the default option for receiving IAG's Annual Reports
will change from a printed copy to an electronic copy via IAG's
website. This is in line with amendments to the Corporations Act
2001.
In addition, IAG will give shareholders who opt for a printed copy
the choice of receiving a Shareholder Review (a short non-statutory
document covering key performance areas, financial information and
remuneration details) or a full Annual Report (a statutory document
which includes detailed financial statements and reports).
