Reminder: Record date for determining holder eligibility to vote on a proposal to amend reset exchangeable securities (ASX Code: IANG)

On 23 October 2009, IAG Finance (New Zealand) Limited ("IAN") announced a proposal to amend the terms of reset exchangeable securities ("RES") and that a meeting of RES holders will be held at 4pm on 9 December 2009 to consider and vote on the proposed amendments.
